- Follow Route 309 North to the Perkasie Route 563 exit.
- This exit is located at the crest of a hill, approximately 10 miles north of the Montgomery Mall and 2 miles beyond the Souderton Route 113 exit.
- At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto Lawn Avenue. Lawn Avenue Professional Center will be on the left approximately 1/4 mile from the exit.
